The 2011 49ers surprised many people by finishing with a 13-3 record. They must continue on this path in 2012, only this time, win one more game to get to a Superbowl. I break down their 2012 off-season, their free agent situation and their draft needs. I also give you guys my pick on who I think the 49ers will select in the draft.
